ALABAMA MISSION DEVELOPMENT (AMD) MEETING
The Alabama Mission Development is an initiative jointly facilitated by churches of the American Baptist Association in the state of Alabama. These churches contribute financially to the common goal of establishing new churches and missions in the state. The next meeting of the AMD will be held at Journey Baptist Church in Calera, AL on Saturday, 11/2 at 10:00a.m.
“SHARE JESUS WITHOUT FEAR”
Beginning Sunday, November 3rd, we will be hosting a class for those interested in learning how to share Jesus and their testimonies with others. This is a four-week course that will take the place of our regular 5:00pm evening service. Anyone interested in participating and using the workbook should sign up at the welcome desk in the church lobby.
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
Each year, Skyline participates in Operation Christmas Child, a program designed to bring the Gospel, gifts, and much-needed provisions to children around the world. Shoeboxes that are used to gather supplies have been delivered to the church. If you would like to participate, please pick up your shoeboxes(s) and return them by November 20th.
